The right starting point
Our team brings 50+ combined years of commercial roofing experience and 25+ combined years of spray foam insulation experience. These are separate totals of experience across our team—not the age of Score Spray Foam. We apply that background to residential and commercial insulation, exterior SPF roofing, and protective roof coatings.
We focused on spray foam roofing for its combination of insulation, a seamless field-applied surface, and the ability to maintain and restore a suitable system over time. SPF can be applied over some existing roofs when their condition and assembly allow it. Those possibilities—not a promise that every roof qualifies—shape our interest in the system.
Our commercial roofing specialty is spray polyurethane foam and protective silicone roof coatings. Our insulation work serves homes and commercial buildings. Exterior roofing and interior insulation solve different problems, so the building’s condition and your goals determine the appropriate service.
Our team has completed industry-specific training and certification courses related to spray foam roofing and installation systems. Score maintains workers’ compensation and commercial general liability insurance. When discussing your project, ask the team about the training and insurance information relevant to your scope.
Manufacturer-backed warranties of up to 20 years may be available for qualifying roofing systems, subject to applicable system requirements and manufacturer approval. This is not an automatic 20-year warranty on every Score project; the proposed system and applicable warranty documents determine the coverage and conditions.

Staten Island, New York
Across four residential towers, Score retained the existing roofing membranes and installed a Carlisle spray polyurethane foam system with three coats of silicone coating and roofing granules.
The project included more than two inches of foam, with an estimated added insulation value of R-14 or greater. The completed system carries a 20-year manufacturer-backed Carlisle warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
